❤For spaghetti

I know I have been posting a lot these days. Because I am too free in dorm. Nothing to do except surfing internet and watching drama or whatever TV programs. =( so I tried to go out when I dont feel lazy.
Two days ago, I went to Sony Service Station in Akihabara to take my camera. I broke my camera lens during a trip two weeks ago. heartache! because the camera is still a new one and I paied JPY11,760 for the repairing. It was definitely and absolutely expensive because with that price, I could buy a new camera!! But what could I do? the camera was still new so I have to repair it instead of buying a new one.

So, mentioning about Akihabara, it would be all about electronic devices, Animation, free duty etc.. none is my interest. I always plan wherever I go before going out. But this time, I tried to do something spontaneous, without any help from GPS or gourmet search engine in internet. I tried to walk from the Sony repair center to somewhere center of Akihabara, but guess what,I went to the wrong direction again!!!!! walk to the next station, the Okachimachi Station =.=''
But eventually, I got myself back to the Akihabara Station. Not a success in fact, it was a failure, because I wanted to go somewhere in the middle of the town but I went back to the starting point.
Fed up with my trying, I went to atré just at the top of the Akihabara Station. hehehe..

Found this restaurant. spaghetti again...

Love this little daisies decorated on the table. Alone at the table, feel a little uncomfortable.

Salad and bread for appetizer.

Oyster spaghetti. cant recall the name of the dish. hehe

Yum yum yummy!

A little uncomfortable to enter a restaurant alone (my first time I guess?) and this really made me worry if I can get used to this soon because I will be all alone from this April in Tsukuba. Sounds lonely but in some point, it is a chance for me to be independent. Will make new friends in new environment, but still I am living alone, so the loneliness is inevitable. But, I will try my best to look for fun thing and challenges in my new life!!

Just realized this post was in the draft for weeks. i thought I clicked published hahaha.. Yea, this is an entry I should have posted on 8th Feb. I went to Ginza and  Tokyo Station that in that week with Sumika. in the purpose to see Tokyo Station and 100% Chocolate Cafe. Ginza and Tokyo Station is not far from each other. We went to Ginza first then walked to Tokyo Station and the Cafe was in between the two places.

Saw one of my seniors posted Okinawa food in FB, and I found the goya-chanpon (bitter gourd fried with egg) very attempting, and actually made me miss home dish made by my grandma. So we decided to have Okinawa food for our lunch..=)

Atmosphere of the okinawa style restaurant(BGM was really nice and funny and special)

I thought thus would be spicy but, no.. it wasnt spicy but tasted like vinegar?instead haha

Tadaaaa!!! the Goya Chanpon set menu!!! looks like homecook right???

I like both Ginza and Tokyo station. the skyscrapers standing proudly and make the city busy but somehow peaceful. I think I like busy streets like shibuya and Ginza. Hope that I have a chance to walk through these buildings, in suits, confidently. hahaha.. (at least in my dream=D )

Spain Cuisine Amapola @ Yebisu

Weather today,10C is enough to say warm as it is still winter in Japan. My friend and I planned to go Yebisu to grab a glass of the famous Yebisu Beer. But first thing to do is heal our stomachs first. Because we woke up like 10 in the morning, and left the dorm without taking breakfast. Stomachs was playing drum!

Scrolled down the serach reasults in HotPepper, and I found this Spanish restaurant, called Restaurante Amapola. It was 5 minutes walking distance from east exit of Yebisu Station along the main road, but, again, I used 15 minutes to find it out as usual. hahah. Okay, I really tried my best on map! but everytime I go to the wrong direction. I cant help it! (._.!)
This is my first time stepping into a Spanish restaurant, not to mention this is also my first time trying Spain cuisine, on my new year. Yeap, today is Lunar new year.which more billions of people are celebrating globally. This year, I had a special celebration although I am far from my family( See this post).

Opening up the menu, my friend suggested  to take half decanter of Sangria. So it came out in a jar like this (o.O) a little disappointment on the jar and glasses and also the Sangria. It tasted like wine  (or it was supposedly to have taste like wine??)

I ordered for Holiday Lunch Set, costed arounf JPY1600, with soup of the day, tapas, appetizer ,paella, dessert and drinks.

They had more than 3 types of tapas and I chose Spanish omelet ( I love eggs). I think it is like japanese tamagoyaki with some spinach and bacon inside. but it tasted good. =) like it! The dressing of the salad was new to me too.

Steeping bread in olive oil!!! one word, NICE!

Chicken Paella with Avocado..

and dessert!

Since we started our day quite late today, and we gave up on visiting the Beer Museum in Yebisu , also gave up going to GInza which is listed in our original plan. However, it was already 4pm when we finished our lunch( or Brunch) haahah. so, we went to odaiba only.
and I found out one nice American restaurant in Odaiba! I really like it very very much. Please visit my blog again for the next entry about the American restaurant!

Lastly, with my picture of the day!!!hehehehe xoxo
